LINCOLN, CA (MPG) - The holiday season is getting a festive start as FieldHaven Feline Center prepares to host its second annual FieldHaven Holiday Faire on Saturday, November Nov. 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at FieldHaven Marketplace in downtown Lincoln.

Free and open to the public, the Holiday Faire will bring together local artists, makers, small businesses and community members for an afternoon of holiday shopping, seasonal treats, family-friendly activities and plenty of festive cheer.

Visitors can browse an eclectic selection of handmade crafts, artwork, jewelry, accessories and unique gifts from a wonderful lineup of local vendors. Participating businesses include Arjun's Cat Hats, Auburn Cookie Co., Banjo Bear Creations, Cotton & Pigment, Pawsitive Candle Co., Rustic Rooster Design, Sweet Bee Studio Design, TuTu Made It! and many more.

The Faire will also feature a holiday bake sale, a hot chocolate bar, coffee and tea and a variety of creative activities, including a craft station, cat-ear headband decorating and face painting.

Adding to the holiday atmosphere, Tay Bridges will return to the Faire with his wonderful keyboard music, providing a festive soundtrack for an afternoon of shopping, sipping and celebrating.

Of course, no FieldHaven event would be complete without cats! Cat and kitten adoptions will begin at 11 a.m., with additional exciting adoption announcements coming soon.

Beyond the holiday fun, the event offers an opportunity for the community to support FieldHaven Feline Center and its lifesaving programs for cats and kittens in need.

"Whether you're looking for unique gifts, a fun afternoon with family and friends, or perhaps your next furry family member, there's something for everyone at the FieldHaven Holiday Faire," said Makenna Gwaltney, executive director of FieldHaven Feline Center. "We're excited to bring our community together once again to celebrate the season while supporting a cause that makes a difference in the lives of cats."
